dh lama sgt xbertembung bertiga nieh..hehe :D last2 planning pegi try roller blading.. huhu... it was a good activity for us.. we have tried something new though. :D and it was fun..! actually its kind of like a sport.. mmg berpeluh2 jgk r.. haha yelahh nebes je.. takot tergolek2... well, klw xjatuh tu mmg xsah.. nie pon masih terasa lagi sakit kat punggung masa jatuh main bnd alah nie haa.. :P huhu for information who never been there yet.. the place is located at Subang Avenue, sebelah Subang Parade. :D nk lebih info boleh google.. hehe :D price dye lak.. RM25 for the whole day.. untuk member RM 20.. and dont forget to bring your socks.. otherwise you got to buy a pair that they have provided.. for RM3.. huhu so.. tu jelah kowt.. info2 yg saya thu.. hehe :D ok then..that's it for now from me.. may u guys have a great weekend too. and wish u all happy New Year.. :D

 kenduri anak sepupu.. haaa btol lahh anak sepupu aq mmg lagi tua dr aq.. tu yg dye dh kawen dulu.. aq nie makcik dye xkawen2 lagi.. ahhaah.. tapi tadi mmg seronok dapat tgk sedara mara semua kumpul g kenduri demo2 nie.. heheh makanana dye pon sedapp... huii... skg nie pon still terngiang2 je nasi minyak dye tadi.. combined pulak dgn kari daging rusa.. hurmm mmg sedappp...hehe.. ok lahh tu je nk ckp.. hehe k bubyee :)

sejak2 agung tukar nie.. duit2 malaysia dh tukar berwajah bru! :D

so bila pkai.. rse xconfident at all..

bila kluar2 dr fitting room tu.. rse sedyhhh jew..

trus bg thu abg cik.. xjadi beli.. konon ckp kat dye.. nk jimat duet..

we've ate a lot.. no wonder lah aq nie badan bertan2 dh naik.. tapi dye tetap kurus -_-' jeles much! 

huhu after habis hang out with abg cik.. smpai je rumah.. i have to get prepared for going to work at my father's warung.. tu yg penat je nie.. xberhenti dr pagi smpi mlm.. aiyaiyai.. huhu 

Alhamdulillah.. penat tapi berbaloi.. InsyaAllah.. :)

update my second homemade macaroni and cheese recipe.. :)

 hello readers.. :) how are you? i bet you all have a great week..

my week is been very simple.. just hanging around at home and being a couch potato.. hehe 

today nothing to do.. so i'm going to post something new.. (huhu ade irama blakang tu) :D

i'm just being boring much today.. xde bnd nk buat sgt.. lpas update blog nie.. nk pegi lipat kaen pulak.. hehe so why dont you go through my new recipe.. hehe

ohh keyy i'm not trying to changed my blog into a something a cooking lesson blog.. but sometime i feel like cooking is really fun to share.. hehe 

i cooked when i feel bored.. yeahh, bila bosan je, rasa nk mkn.. huhu so no wonder lah aq rajin pegi dapur kan.. hehe..

actually, i'm a pasta lover.. ape2 je yg made from pasta aq suke.. hehe lasagna ke.. cabonara ke ape2 lah.. yg berkait dgn pasta aq mmg gemar habis.. hehe klw g mana2 kedai yg ade jual dish nie.. mmg aq akan try.. sama lah g pizza hut tu.. aq lebih prefer mkn spaghetti instead of pizza.. hehe

so the picture above is my homemade macaroni and cheese.. hehe.. 

:) so lets go through the ingredients: 

• 310 ml water.. :)
• 250 of low fat milk :)
• macaroni :)
• serbuk cheese :)
• parmesan cheese :)
• a one teaspoon of butter :)
• nak sedap or nk rasa italiano sikit put some of the serbuk oregano.. huhu :)

how to make :

1. first, kita panas kan air and butter... biar smpi mendidih..
2. masuk kan susu, macaroni, and serbuk cheese..
3. selepas beberapa minit macaroni u olls dh mula mengembang.. kita masuk kan pulak parmesan cheese.. ini untuk menambahkan lagi rasa cheese tu.. and u guys akan dapat effect kuah dye pekat2.. hehe effect tuuu xleh blah lagi ayat aq nie.. hehe
4. after done with all of the steps above, all u have to do is masak kan macaroni u ollss.. hehe
5. bila part2 nk akhir tu.. taburkan lah sedikit serbuk oregano.. sikit je.. its just to make your dish smells a little bit of herbs.. hehe :)
6. lepas tu.. kita boleh lah hidangkan bersama meatball.. hehe ataupon klw korunk nk makan dgn roti ke.. salad ke.. ayam panggang ke.. anything lah.. yg boleh masuk selera korunk.. hehe

so... i guess that's it for now.. so hope sape2 yg bace and nk cuba.. dipersilakan.. :) hehe

well, introducing my champion dish.. spaghetti meatballs... huhu dah lama dh buat.. bebrapa mgu dh.. tapi baru nk update dekat sini.. heheh.. xdelah amazing mana.. tapi.. sajelah nk share with u guys.. hurm all u can see here, i'm not using the spaghetti.. but i'm using the fettuchini pasta type one.. huhu ala xde beza rasa pon.. but the size is more larger than the spaghetti one.. huhu so bila makan lebih puas.. hehehe.. ok lah.. i'm not a amazing chef.. but i wanted to make it special so i wanted to share the recipe with u guys.. so lets go through the ingredients okay :)

what it is made from :

• pasta fettuchini :)
• meatball :)
• tomato puri cap pergo completed with the herbs one :)
• parmesan cheese :)
• garlic :)
• daging cincang :)
• bolognese herbs :)
• gula and garam :)
• a little bit of oil :)
• water :)

how to make :

1. rebus pasta sampi masak.. and dont forget.. put a little bit of oil and a pinch of salt dlm air rebus pasta tu.. its for not making the pasta to melekat together (haha btol ke falsafah yg aq bg ni) i guess so.. main teka2 pulak.. ok bai next!
2. wait for the pasta to cook.. mcm mne nk thu dye masak? hurm sampi air dye turns tu putih2.. time2 mcm tu dye nk masak la tu.. xcye buat la.. -_-'
3. ok, while you are waiting for the pasta.. u can cook your kuah spaghetti tu.. 
4. so panaskan minyak... and tumiskan bawang putih sampi naik bau.. :)
5. then, u can put your daging cincang and meatbal.. this is because.. diorg nie lambat masak.. so masuk kan diorg dulu..
6. after that, when all your meat has turn colour, shows that your meat is half cook :) then u can pour your tomato puri cap pergo tu.. hehe 
7. kacau2 sikit... lepas tu.. masuk kan garam and gula... and kacau2 lagi... dont forget to taste your sauce.. manis ke tidak.. kang xsedap pulak... 
8. then the best part.. tabur cheese parmesan ke dalamnye... weeee  :D for me lagi pekat lagi sedap :) yummyyy
9. andddd siapppp.... its ready to serve with your pasta that you have cook just now.. ;) huhu 
10. last step.. klw nk make it look more delisioso! huhu tabur lagi cheese dekat atas hidangan anda tu.. hehe  :D

so i guess... that's it from now.. hehe selamat mencuba... spaghetti meatball bujang from me.. hehe :D

Alhamdulillah... its such a relieves.... now i can do my work.. with nothing much to worry about... :)
